Fair warning, when we get to the section about getting comfortable talking to yourself and seeing yourself on camera, I discuss a few things regarding body image in regards to myself and some of the ways I've noticed this much self perception taking a toll on people. I don't get too intense with it but I did feel it was necessary to touch on because one of the biggest hurdles I've heard from other people involves those things.
